Deposit
Eine Anzahlung von 30% des Gesamtbetrags ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Buchungsbestätigung fällig.
Cancellation
Kostenlose Stornierung bis 30 Tage vor Anreise. Danach werden 50% des Gesamtbetrags berechnet.
Check-in
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (other times by arrangement)
Check-out
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (other times by arrangement)
Key handover
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort. Bitte melden Sie sich 30 Minuten vor Anreise telefonisch.
Crib/Extra bed
Babybett und Zustellbett auf Anfrage verfügbar. Bitte bei der Buchung angeben.
Pets
Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen. Es fällt eine Reinigungspauschale von 30€ an.
Parking
Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung.
